3. Delivery time

- Regional or outlying areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, delivery address, and circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping fees

Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and may be subject to minimum order values or specific conditions.

- The damaged item;
- The way the item was packed;
- Your order number.
We will review the matter and assist further.
